This prepares him for the fourth stage of life, where he renunciates practically all his wants and desires and is a wandering ascetic in this stage. Chitt is a product of Mind, Intellect and Ego, Van is Forest. So Chitvan is the forest which a man in his third stage of life visits to chanelize his Chitt (Mind, Intellect and Ego). The idea behind Chitvan is to make it a retreat from Worldly Life, a Stage 3 retreat, where a person would free himself from all Illusions.

Choose from 4 types of Suites - Akash (Ether) Suites, JAL (Water) Suites, Prithvi (Earth) Suites and The Mahasagar Suite.The Akash Suites are located next to the organic farms in Chitvan and have been designed to cater to peace and serenity and have captivating views of the Maikal Hills, lush with Sal trees around them.The JAL Suites represents emotion and water. Sometimes water can be playful, jumpy and limitless. The colours scheme in these suites are also mirroring the same thought - from light blues to dark blues with earthy colours to provide a base to the whole colour scheme.The Prithvi Suites have a big Saja tree in the centre of the block. These suites stand tall and grand and it comes with a spacious sitting area with sofa bed, work area with attached terrace overlooking the Maikal hills.The Mahasagar Suite is specially designed for the head of the states, business czars and people with a taste for luxury. This suite is a two bedroomed suite with a living room and 6 private balconies to enjoy views of the forest, farms, lodge and the Maikal hills.

From grains, vegetables, cooking oil, spices to milk products - whatever is dished up is purely organic and harvested from their organic farms. The food reaching your taste buds is ensured to be nutritionally rich. Unfermented and prepared right in front of your eyes.
