Our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers in accordance with Yoga Alliance standards. Eco responsible Manduka mats and all necessary equipment are provided for you to use during your class. Our morning yoga classes are designed to help you meet the day with greater vitality and ease, to provide an energizing and strengthening practice for your body, and a calming, restorative experience for your mind. Inquire about private instruction with any of our experienced teachers for an individual experience tailored to your exact needs, a great way to try yoga for the first time, or deepen an already existing practice.
