The elegant Jatinga Country Lodge offers visitors a wonderful getaway retreat near the town of White River in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. Located only 37 km away from Numbi gate which leads into the Kruger National Park, the Jatinga Country Lodge provides guests with easy access to explore the 'Big Five' on adventurous safaris through the untamed African bushveld. The Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) in Nelspruit is only a short distance away from the Jatinga Country Lodge.
Set in over 29 hectares of pristine gardens, the five star Jatinga Country Lodge is an ideal romantic country boutique hotel for honeymooners. From the Jatinga Country Lodge, the scenic Panorama Route with its Blyde River Canyon, God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes and the old mining town of Pilgrims Rest can be explored.

The Jatinga Country Lodge in Mpumalanga features 15 Superior Rooms, 3 Luxury Suites and 1 Honeymoon suite. Every room and suite at Jatinga has been furnished in individual styles whilst ensuring comfort, privacy and luxury.
Luxury Suite
The Colonial suite will transport you into a bygone era with its checkered tiled bathroom floor and ball-and-claw bath. Our fourth luxury suite is our romantic honeymoon suite.
An English Country garden theme will greet you in two of our suites, the only two that boast dual open fire places that can be enjoyed in the lounge or the bedroom! These suites also have magnificent Cherry wood four poster beds and secluded outdoor showers.
Superior Room
Outdoor showers are "added extras" in most of rooms and will entice yout to experience the magic of showering under the Milky Way.
The 16 Superior rooms are furnished in different styles, each one offering various levels of comfort and luxury. Concrete baths dominate the bathrooms of our Provencal rooms while step up baths and hand made basins feature prominently in our French Country rooms.
Honeymoon Suite
A truly romantic, open-plan experience complete with inviting four poster bed, private garden with outdoor shower and plunge pool. Couples that book their wedding at Jatinga are offered this suit with our compliments.
Dining
Dinners are a special occasion at the Jatinga Country Lodge, preferably an occasion that begins with a pre dinner drink in the Lord Milner, followed by a visit to the wine cellar to select a bottle of hand-picked estate wine. The culinary team at the Jatinga Country Lodge has put together a varied and tempting menu with chefs specials changing daily, that will delight the most discerning pallet, and that is complimented by a variety of superb South African wines.
