As with all Karma Royal Resorts we procure fresh meat, poultry and fish from the morning market and fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered daily. Our menus are simple, nutritional and fairly priced which we believe our members and guests prefer. Our team of chefs take great pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients to create an inventive menu of Goan and Indian dishes, as well as a handful of Western favourites.
